For those people like me who are afraid of choking on a large capsule, I found a way to consume it easily. Put the capsule in your mouth and let it dissolve in your mouth. After just a really short time, the gelatin capsule will dissolve enough that the oil is released. Press the capsule up against the roof of your mouth to expel any remaining oil and throw the capsule away. The taste of the oil is not bad at all.

Misleading label. I bought these above all others because they were specifically listed as 3000mg on label while others listed as 1000mg. Typically this is indicative of the dosage of a single capsule. When I received this bottle it stated that it was “3000 per serving” making them a 1000mg bottle like the others. I paid twice as much for this bottle believing it was 3000mg. Deceptive.
