I noticed a significant change within a week after beginning to use this product. I have gone from 3-4 trips to the bathroom each night to 1 and no more than 2 times depending on my liquid intake in the evenings, and have slept all night a couple of times.

A part of the supplements were melted together therefore, unusable. I was able to salvage most of it. The serving size is 3 daily so this should last approximately 3 months. Also, I had pumpkin smelling farts while sleeping according to my husband so there’s that to consider.

I wanted to try these to stop my (70-yr) hair from shedding. So far so good since even my husband noticed I'm no longer leaving hair everywhere. In addition my mostly white hair now is peppered with new dark hairs. I need to mention that I'm also using a natural USA made topical product, so I can't say if my good results are from one or the other—or both. The stated dosage of these seems a little extreme if it's true, so after the first 30-days I cut it back by one softgel/day. I've not been taking these long enough to have dramatic comparison photos.
