Just do yourself a favor and get it
Absolutely incredible stuff. It has my 6 month old twins acting like they're not teething at all, and they scream and cry all day because of it. I've tried 7 different gels and drops and tablets, and this stuff is by far the best. I can't believe it's not more well known.

New top ruined this
Bring back the old bottle - this top is useless and harder with a baby to drop onto finger while holding it.
