PUR Faucet Mount Replacement Water Filter, RF33752, 2 Pack

Ease of use with choosing Pur to filter your tap water. Filters lead , chlorine and reduces 70 chemical and physical substances. Putting a filter on my tab assures me that I want have lead in my water after Helene.

These work so consistently and promptly with my PUR FAUCET DISPENSER and I decided to upgrade to them just recently! I haven't had any problems or issues with them at all, now I am stocked up for over one year. I used the $2 off coupon that is included in my previous box!No smell ever with proper attachment and use to faucet mount units. Lead is removed from water according to manufacturer statement on box. So convenient for me to store nearby, open packages and install them in my FAUCET PUR DISPENSER! I've had my PUR faucet installed unit for over one year. Never leaks ever!! It's a win, win situation for me!! For everyone who buys them!!

My on the tap PUR water filtration system only uses this filter model number and Walmart near me always has them in stock. Only vendor locally that I can always rely on for this item.

PUR faucet filters are easy to use! I take the PUR thing off faucet, twist top off, then take out old filter and replace with new one. Twist top back on, Then, easily just attach all of it back onto faucet. Easy peasy! The 2 and 3 packs are usually a lil cheaper. I only buy them from Walmart, not a 3rd party seller.

Not liking the new design of the filter because the stream is so much slower. Also, the filter is a bit smaller and lighter than the original, so I doubt it lasts as long. They added a pull tab on top which is unnecessary IMO, and the filter just seems cheaply made. I may go back to Britta because of this. Why change what worked?

the quality with this new designed replacement is changed. this new ones only function for one week, while the old design ones can last for 3 to 4 weeks.

The new style of Pur water filter with the pull tab on top puts out black sediment every time I turn it on. I did flush the new filters for more than the prescribed ten minutes. The black sediment is only noticeable in the water that comes out in the first 1-2 seconds from turning on. I didn't notice it till I used a little water in a white cup. See photos. Tried two other white filters and one blue filter and they all have the black debris coming out of the filter in the first few seconds. Called PUR customer service and they were nice and sent replacement filters but I found no difference they still cause debris. Was assured by customer service that water is safe. For now I will keep but I have placed a reminder note to let the water run a little before filling my container. Note I had no problems with the old style filters or the vertical faucet mount system and I have had for years.

The new redesign is AWFUL! I've been using a PUR faucet filter for years with no issues. This new redesign is horrible. Barely a few weeks after installing a new one, it slows down to the tiniest trickle. It took 33 MINUTES TO FILL UP a gallon pitcher - I timed it. That's how slow the flow rate is on these new refill filters. The new pull-tab to help get the filter out easier DOESN'T WORK. The cap with the pull tab popped off and the filter was still in the faucet mount. Absolutely pointless feature. I'm also not wasting water by flushing a new filter for 10 freaking minutes. I flushed it for 5 minutes like the old refills. I hope they go back to the old design because I don't like how Brita filtered water taste and I'm not paying for bottled water. Do better PUR!

Don't bother wasting your money on this new style of pur replacement filter. I bought one and just a few days after installing it it started getting to the point where the water would barely run through the filter and part of the water was even backing up and running out of the faucet which it is not supposed to do. I called pur and they took all the information for the filter and sent me a new one and had me send that one back to them so they could try to look at it and see what was wrong with it, but the new filter they sent me was just as bad. If I can find the old style of replacement filter somewhere, I will use them, otherwise I will just buy a filter picture from a different brand and never use pur products again.

The first cartridge I opened was defective. Barely a trickle came out of my Pure faucet. The second cartridge is slightly better, but the water still comes out at half the speed of the previous style cartridges. I haven't even opened the third cartridge yet, and I plan to return them. This product definitely needs major improvement.
