I love it. As an infrastructure-conscious mom, I rely on filtered water for drinking, ice, and cooking. It's slender enough to conveniently fit in a refrigerator but we prefer room temperature water. I'm a long-time user of the faucet attachment, but this is great in a pinch. I'll definitely gift these to others in the future.
This is the second one I bought, this one is better it has an indicator that tells you thru an indicator light how much water you have filtered and when to change it. To those wondering what happened to the first one, it still works, it is at my sisters house that I bought when she was helping me recover from a shattered femur. They just have to guess at how much they use.
No drip Faucet! Flashing light tells you when to easily change filter! If you have good tap water these filters can last for 3 months. Easy view water tank level. Easy clean tank and easy remove/clean faucet. No chlorine smell, sits on counter beside my Espresso maker.
Holds alot of water, but only about half is filtered at a time. Once you use some water, the unfiltered water in the upper tank filters down. It holds more then enough water, but it does take time to filter through. Water tastes great, and knowing lead and micro plastics are filtered out is worth the cost alone!
The only issue I have is how slow the water filters. It takes 30 minutes to an hour for a full run through the filter. And you have to fill it twice to have a full pitcher. It works VERY well and will continue to use it, but I feel it could be better.
I previously had an older version of this product years ago and loved it. I bought this one and filter has to be removed at least once a week to flush it and shake it. I don't know if they just shipped it with a bad filter, or if I just need to buy an entirely new product.
It started out great, water tasted better but I've had it less than one month and the filter keeps getting clogged, and won't filter the water. I will be returning it and just sticking to my Brita pitcher. I've never had issues with any of their filters. I just thought I would try a different brand to see if it tasted better than Brita. Yes, it does taste better, but I'm not dealing with the filter getting clogged and/or air bubbles and the water not filtering thru, every other time I go to fill the pitcher. Save your money and just go ahead and get the Brita pitcher. It isn't a headache like the PUR has been.
LEAKS LIKE CRAZY!!! They really should have a cap or something that closes over the nozzle to prevent this! Poor design. On another note it fills quickly until it gets to the halfway point and then it just completely stops filtering the water, all of the water just sits on top until you release some of the already filtered water from the spout. I hope they read reviews because for almost $40 it needs to be fixed!
Takes forever to fill. I think it took three hours last night on the first try we will likely be returning it.
Mine clogged after just two weeks of normal use, and the filtration became extremely slow. It now takes an entire night and still can't finish filtering a single pitcher of water. I followed the instructions and installed the filter correctly. The product description says the filter should last about two months, which clearly hasn't been my experience.
