100% I would recommend this product. two Doctors told me this brand is a very trustworthy brand. I have a genetic condition that requires the additional B12 in this form. When I started taking this i could tell within 3 days. No cyanide in it, unlike some other forms.

I prefer this over capsules because it's easier to swallow. I don't mind the flavor and it's simple to mix in water or other beverages. I can definitely feel the difference when I take it. I also like that I can half my dosage. I would recommend this product.

A little pricey but good overall product. I'm looking forward to keeping this in my daily regimen and health journey.

This liquid B12 supplement is so much easier to take than the big horse pill I had been taking. I like to think that B12 has contributed to my ability to deal with my husband's increasing needs and not become depressed due to his illness. I started taking B12 capsules when I found myself falling into a routine of sitting in my office all the time while there were so many tasks and responsibilities that needed to be addressed. The B12 capsules seemed to pull me out of a dark brooding place and get me back to confronting reality again. The capsules, however, were very large and tasted horrible! The Pure Encapsulations liquid B12 is a neutral-tasting supplement that is so easy to take. I just fill the dropper with liquid B12 and squirt it into mouth. There is no horrible taste and no problem trying to swallow it. I am getting the same uplifting benefits as I did from the capsules without the negatives. I would definitely recommend Pure Encapsulations Adenosyl/Hydroxy B12 Liquid to anyone who needs a B12 supplement due to deficiency of this vitamin or malabsorption due to the aging process.

The Pure Encapsulations liquid B-12 culd be taking a while to know that is working. So far is good. No side effects, eassy to take. One drop seems to help. I need to recover my nervous system after repetitive movements nerve damage. Test are saying that the nerve regrowth is taking time and can self repair one milimeter a month taking B vitamins.

I am only putting 4 stars because I have not seen a difference since I have started using this product. I dont think I have ever had a dropper supplement so easy to take other than this one though. It does not have a taste so it does not make me dread taking it everyday. The dropper works great and the bottle is small so it is easily taken with me when I travel.

I had high hopes for this and unfortunately it just didn’t work for me. Shortly after taking it I started getting upset stomachs and headaches. I thought maybe I was just coming down with some sickness but I stopped taking it and all my symptoms went away. Tried it again and same thing. This may work for some and I like that it’s a liquid so I can take a smaller dose but it just didn’t work out for me. Even taking a smaller dose made me feel bad. I do like that this product is more natural than others wish it didn’t upset my stomach.

I haven’t noticed any positive benefits yet. I’m going to continue taking it until the bottle is completely gone and see if I notice anything. It’s supposed to help with metabolism and help with some neurological issues. I like the fact that it’s gluten-free, hypoallergenic, along with no GMO. I don’t like the taste, and it spilled on clothing it stains.
