I prefer this over capsules because it's easier to swallow. I don't mind the flavor and it's simple to mix in water or other beverages. I can definitely feel the difference when I take it. I also like that I can half my dosage. I would recommend this product.

This is crucial for people like me who are approaching 50. Having anemia in the past, I cover multiple risk categories. I also go through periods of not wanting to eat meat...So far, I have no complaints with this supplement. I like the high % and stevia used as only listed sweetener. This liquid B12 supplement is so much easier to take than the big horse pill I had been taking. I like to think that B12 has contributed to my ability to deal with my husband's increasing needs and not become depressed due to his illness. It took a few days to really feel any difference. it has give me more energy to make it through the day. And as far as the taste, it tastes like a weak cherry Cough syrup, not bad at all. All the others I have tried has really made me wince at the taste that this really was not bad at all.

This B12 liquid Pure Encapsulations Adenosyl/Hydroxy supplement is simple to use and it really seems to help. I take a dropper full each morning and it actually tastes good. It has a light taste and is reddish looking. It gives me the energy I need in a healthy way. Great supplement I would recommend.

I am only putting 4 stars because I have not seen a difference since I have started using this product. I dont think I have ever had a dropper supplement so easy to take other than this one though. It does not have a taste so it does not make me dread taking it everyday. The dropper works great and the bottle is small so it is easily taken with me when I travel.
