My son has ADHD and sensory processing issues, which results in him being a very picky eater eater. I keep active or I pay for it with body pains. My wife fell and shattered her shoulder 6 weeks ago. My walk/fast walking program stopped on that day as I had to be available for her care 24/7. 4 weeks after her surgery I was finally able to leave her on her own and dreaded the muscle pains and cramps I would endure by restarting my walk/fast walking program. The first week my muscles were not as sore as I was anticipating, by the second week I felt great again. I have had this product for about 2 weeks now, I have been taking it every day, twice a day as recommeded. I go to the gym 5 days a week and i usually get my amino from a drink. These capsules made my workouts feel better. I definitely recommend these.

Pure encapsulations Amino-NT has quickly become a favorite supplement in our house. This blend is gluten free, Non-GMO & hypoallergenic! The serving size is 3 capsules daily. I have to say my favorite part about this blend is that there are so many capsules in these bottles! 180!! Thats an incredible value! These are perfect for anyone looking to increase overall wellness. I always keep a bottle in my home. I definitely recommend these!

Taking these as preventive supplement as for I'm in the senior age phase. Pills not so hard to swallow, no flavor and hasn't upset my stomach. Hopefully helps minimize postmenopausal issues. Easy to open bottle and amount for pricing is not bad. I know It'll take about a month to see if any benefits on taking them.

So I am only giving 4 stars because it will take more time to really know any helpful benefits. These are a a good supplement if you are looking for one. Hopefully you don't mind swallowing large pills. These are quite large, quarter in picture for reference. They don't smell or taste to bad when you take these. Remember you will be taking 3-6 of these a day. Just got to remember to do this on a regular basis. These are basically vit b6,12 with a bunch of other stuff thrown in.

I didn't really notice any significant changes or difference. Probably would require longer use to note any benefits. I will say I think it certainly promoted bowel movements after a few hours of taking the recommended dose. 3 pills each dose is quite a bit.
