Effective Supplement, it works.
I would say this is effective dietary supplement having natural non-GMO ingredients and Gluten Free. It has 90 capsules for 3 months supply to be taken 1 tablet everyday. I am taking past two weeks and I feel the difference. I feel I can feel the urge less as well as leak afterwards is no more. So really like it.

Finally some positive results!
Have tried a few other OTC supplements with insignificant results but so far this one seems to work for me, extending my quality sleep time. Time will tell, but so far this is a winner.

too close to expiration date
My husband received this today. It expires in July . based on taking two a day he would be taking it over four months after the expiration date.
