The pills contain only beta-sitosterol and match the dose recommended by my physician. Medium-sized, easy to swallow.

I've been pleasantly surprised with this purchase! I've gone from going to the bathroom every 2-3 hrs/night, to every 4hrs, and this, without having changed my liquid intake habits prior to going to bed nightly. I noticed the change within days of starting my 2 pill/day regimen. I will re-order!

Finally some positive results!
Have tried a few other OTC supplements with insignificant results but so far this one seems to work for me, extending my quality sleep time. Time will tell, but so far this is a winner.

too close to expiration date
My husband received this today. It expires in July . based on taking two a day he would be taking it over four months after the expiration date.
