I've been using Pure supplements and vitamins for years. They are high quality products that I trust with healthy and minimal ingredients, which I really like. They are double sealed for protection. The expiration dates give more than enough time to finish the bottle, and are kept fresh. The pills (capsules) are easy to swallow. This is a brand I will always trust and highly recommend.

These are literally just what my doctor ordered after my accident. I had a fusion in my spine from T2-T6. Im not sure if its helping or not but my doctor said that these were perfect for my bone health after the bad breaks in my spine. Im very confident that im doing everything needed to keep my bones as healthy as possible. I definitely recommend but always discuss with your doctor first.

These calcium supplements are so awesome! They are so easy to take. I feel like they basically disappear with a tiny swallow of water. As I get older I’m begrudgingly accepting the fact that I need to take supplements, but it’s usually such a hassle. I’ve tried so many calcium supplements in the past and it’s been either super bitter or horse pills. I’m so glad I found this brand!

This is my first time trying this supplement that offers bone health and so much more and I am really happy with this product. I love that the supplements are made with great ingredients and they are carefully manufactured. I like that they are gluten free and free from unnecessary ingredients they we don’t need. They are great quality supplements and I love the benefits that they provide for me.

I’ve only been on this supplement for a week or so but I have been feeling really good and more energized. I’ve been trying to incorporate mire magnesium into my diet and this fits the bill. The supplement is very easy to swallow and doesn’t give me an upset stomach (as previous ones have done). Taking two per day as recommended. Time will tell but am looking forward to seeing if my bone health improves.

I am happy with these calcium and magnesium pills, the best thing is that they are just one a day, easy to swallow and they are vegetarian, the bottle contains 180 capsules, although I find the price to be quite high!

Finally, an exact proportion required for your body! This 2:1 ratio is almost impossible to find. The only issue is that the 120 mg/capsule is not high enough for results if you are concerned with bone density. Still, I like the fact that you can take this 2:1 ratio multiple times to accomplish 1200 mg of calcium to 600 mg of magnesium approximately. I will keep taking it for a few months and update this review as necessary.

Large bottle with 180 pills of calcium and magnesium in one. You take 1 a day and its only a fraction of the daily amount recommended but convenient to take as a single pill. Does contain animal biproducts so that may be a negative to some people (vegetarian capsule but bovine calcium?). Good for bone health so if you need to take both supliments, this is an easy way to go about it. No gmos, soy, gluten, etc. Thats a plus!

These calcium capsules are for my wife, who as a result of a bone density test, is attempting to increase her calcium intake. Her doctor suggested a list of foods which are reportedly rich in calcium. I do the grocery shopping and meal preparation, and serve a generous amount of these foods. She tells me she can only abide so much cheese, milk, broccoli, etc., hence them supplemental capsules. The ingredients and reviews of them are encouraging, but of course actual results will be known in later testing. I will update this review at that time.
