I'll start with the dislike:The price. That being said quality ingredients are expensive. I don't like how this runs out of stock a lot I'm willing to wait for it. I don't quite know how to explain how it helps me…. It does. I've had several back surgeries, I have nerve damage, also dementia in my family when I research vitamins its with purpose, this vitamin has this specific ingredients I'm looking for. I'm happy to give a review. I almost don't want to because I don't want people to rush out and buy it . then it will become less available.. and maybe some people won't even know why they're buying it . If you really do have some of the issues that I have do your own research this is a very good quality vitamin.
Pure Encapsulations has some of the finest supplements available. I have used about 20 of their supplements over the last 6 years, along with organic fruits, vegetables and meats. It has improved my health. Most people can't even guess my age anymore. This was recommended by a friend that i met back then who was a PHD in neutrician.
This supplement is amazing my blood pressure is down and my heart is healthy and my kidneys is working well and I can sleep without sleeping pills or medication
