Some studies have shown that green tea extract can shrink fibroid tumors, but this is the only green tea extract that I could find that was less than 500 mg/capsule. I wanted to be able to take 300 mg/day as taking too much can cause liver damage. Each capsule of Pure Encapsulations is 100 mg so perfect. Pure Encapsulations also does not include any harmful fillers.
I used these during a 10-day sugar detox. I love how small they are %26 have just the right milligrams. will be getting these again!
It's nice clean supplement. No caffeine which is good because I already drink enough caffeine. Would recommend
