I have nothing bad to say about these pills. I've been taking them for a couple of weeks now and I feel good. I have not experienced any negative side affects or had any issues taking these so far. I feel fine. I did have some circulation issues in my arm and hand that seemed to have eased after taking these and I haven't had a migraine in a while. Im not sure if that was the pills or even if it's related but I feel good. I also take vitamins and I will continue to take these. The bottle is a nice size and will last a few months.

I been taking these for a week now so its hard to tell if they work. I wanted to take them for my nails and hair we eill see if they work. I heard alot of good things about them so thats a plus. They are good for you

I do not know if they are working or not. I see no difference, but with something like this it is hard to tell. The pills were easy enough to take so i guess that is an advantage. You can try to see if they make a difference for you.
