This is the best iron supplement out there! I've tried a few others, but this one's the only one I trust to keep me moving despite my anemia! It's got vitamin C for better absorption too! It's not a huge capsule either, so it's easy to swallow. I have a very sensitive stomach and a laundry list of allergies, but this supplement doesn't cause any flare-ups. This is a very trustable brand with pure clean products.

Best supplement I've ever taken the fact that it has vitamin C in it, it's amazing because vitamin C makes iron absorbed really well I love this brand...

I don't know if my iron is low or not - I haven't been tested. That said, I don't know if this helps with iron levels. I will say that this iron didn't constipate me. I took a different brand and type of iron that was horrible.
