I really like the brand it's Good Pure and I like the magniusm not to large a dosage.
I wanted to take magnesium and had done research that this was the best form without added junk. Happy with it- will reorder.
Great product, homeopathic dr. recommended this for anxiety and aid in sleep and it does just that. She recommended this brand specifically and I recommend it as well.

Good medicine
I disliked that the capsules are so large but i like that there arent a lot of additives in this brand.
I really like this supplement, it has really help me with leg cramps, sleeping better, helps me relax diluting the day. It has many benefits and no adverse reactions. The capsules are really easy to take. It recommends to take 1 to 4 times I take 1 in the morning and 2 at night and works great for me!
i researched the best brand for me and frankly this was a waste of money. Did not hold to its expectations. Im highly disappointed, and Im going back to the KAL brand, which much more effective. Don't waste your money.
