I really like the brand it's Good Pure and I like the magniusm not to large a dosage.

I wanted to take magnesium and had done research that this was the best form without added junk. Happy with it- will reorder.

Good medicine

I disliked that the capsules are so large but i like that there arent a lot of additives in this brand.

I have regularly taken magnesium oxide for constipation. My husband, while in active A-fib, was told he was deficient in magnesium and needed to supplement, and has also been taking oxide (mainly because that is what was available at big box store. ). Since getting this bottle of 180 citrate capsules and finding out it is more soluble than oxide, and possibly easier on digestion, we will test how it works on both of us. It’s possible the oxide was causing his frequent trips to the bathroom.

i researched the best brand for me and frankly this was a waste of money. Did not hold to its expectations. Im highly disappointed, and Im going back to the KAL brand, which much more effective. Don't waste your money.
