Hard to judge the true effectiveness of the supplement, but I use it to help me get to sleep quickly. If I forget to take my melatonin, sleep comes slower and seems less effective. The capsules are small and easily swallowed. Before purchase, just be sure you want capsules and not pills. You can't cut these and get a 10mg dose... 20mg is what you get with the capsules.

I use pure encapsulation melatonin 20 mg on a regular basis during the winter months. It's the very best product and gives you a safe and good nights sleep. At first I did have to use it for 3-4 nights in a row before I achieved the the sleep. Love it!

Me and my husband use melatonin several nights a week to help us sleep. Typically we take a gummy form. I said my husband tried these one night and he did fall asleep a few hours after taking it and it was very difficult to wake him up the next morning so I don’t feel like it truly helped him fall asleep as fast as it should have . It seems that tablets do not work as well for us personally as a gummy does so while these are decent, they would not be my first choice.

I like this dosage. 3 or 5 milligrams, which is what you get in most melatonin supplements, is absolutely worthless (for me) So 20mgs per dose found in this product is perfect. Capsules are normal size and go down easy - saves calories vs. the gummies too!

I like this product. It helps me go to sleep and then return to sleep if I happen to wake up. However, it does leave me groggy until about noon the next day.

These did not help me fall asleep or stay asleep. I always have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep due to chronic health conditions and excess anxiety. I was really hoping this high mg of melatonin would work, but they didn't. I used them for a more than a week and I still had no luck with them.

It did not make me sleepy and after several hours, I dozed but had nightmares. I have come to know that Melatonin does that to me.
