Pure Encapsulations has a respected place among the huge number of supplement makers, and their melatonin is one of the reasons for that respect. The product is very pure, containing no suspicious ingredients. Most honest doctors recommend 3 mg of melatonin, and so this product delivers. My only complaint is that the product is evidently not third-party tested.

This is a great and clean supplement that our daughter takes for sleep. If you open the capsule and pour the powder in the water and mix there will be no taste. It works great and good value for money.

I was impressed with the efficacy of this melatonin. I don't think I've ever used one that has worked as well. This has been great for jet lag.

these capsules are great for helping me stay asleep for the entire night. that is what they are designed to do. there are other great options if you're looking for help falling asleep in the first place.

The reason I would not recommend this product isn't the quality or the item itself it is the fact that more information has come out recently stating that melatonin use could be linked with heart failure. So I would not recommend using any brand or dose of melatonin because of that. Pure encapsulations is a good brand I love that they don't use so many fillers and artificial dyes and other ingredients in their supplements.

Helpful for mild insomnia. Helps initiate the wind-down for sleep.

Unsure of tight dosage for me (no reflection on the product.)
