Pregnenolone is a hormone naturally produced in the body by the adrenal gland. It's supposed to help with the symptoms I'm dealing with. I've only been taking them for two days so I can't give a long term review. But I haven't had any side effects. The capsule is slender and quite small which is great as I have problem swallowing large pills. I'm really hoping this helps me. I trust the Pure brand and have used many of their supplements.
