Good quality
I have added this to my daily regimen to see if it would help me. I have read up on what all it can do and I have only been taking it for about a week so I can't really say if it's helping or not. I have others that I've tried in the past and I really like these. I can take them with our without food and they are small enough to swallow without getting choked.
