When it comes to natural supplements I'm generally skeptical and my opinion is simply that some have efficacy and most do not. However, if you are an older fellow and starting to experience flow problems due to the enlargement of the prostate then this product is worth considering.  if it does not work then it was a minimal expenditure. If it works then you will experience benefits that will improve your lifestyle.  I was taking several other individual supplements for this issue and the thing I like about this capsule is that it contains a combination of the supplements I was taking previously. I'd rather take one capsule than several.   I do believe that is product has provided and bit of relief for me.  It is by no means a cure but it has enhanced my flow rate and I shall continue to use it.  Therefore, I do recommend this product.

These a good size pills (see picture with quarter for comparison) that you take 3 of. So far I am two weeks in to the 30 day supply. I have seen a couple of different improvements. Still haven't put any race horses to shame. If I can, I will update the review once I have finished the 30 days.
