My vision seemed to be getting weaker and I wanted to try a Vitamin A supplement. I did quite a bit of online research looking for purity, and trying to understand nomenclature (I was confused about retinol vs palmitate). This brand came out the winner. I've been taking it for less than 2 wks. and I think it has already helped a little.
