I researched carefully for the best multivitamin to take. I discovered that Pure Encapsulation line of supplements are in the top five. I not only take Pure Encapsulation multivitamins, but I take CO Q10 and magnesium. My energy is great, and my applicable lab test has improved.
My doctor recommended these vitamins to help me get the nutrients I need especially iron. My iron levels have increased since being on this vitamin so I haven't had to continue taking iron in high doses. I just wish it came in a larger quantity at once
These are my go to multivitamins!

Great multivitamin clean ingredients a bit pricey but other than that good
The vitamins leave no taste and are easy to swallow. But I don't like the fact that you have to take two each day.
