Pure Energy & Endurance PreWorkout Formula Strawberry Kiwi

I have wanted to get back into working out recently but my energy levels are so low. I needed a pick me up before I started a workout. I tried this strawberry kiwi powder and was pleasantly surprised. The taste is a tad on the strong side but some people might like that. It smells really good. This powder has a lot of vitamins and energizing compounds. It doesn't make me jittery like energy drinks usually do. I am looking forward to trying new flavors.

This tastes good (not gritty at all) and I love the energy it gives me for cardio drumming. I have never taken pre or post workout supplements. I can tell it's helping during the last set in the hour long workout. I really like the boost this gives me and will continue to take this before workouts.

This is by far one of the best pre-workouts I have taken.  The strawberry kiwi flavor is great!  Mixes so easily with water.   Within a few minutes I feel it working, giving me that extra boost of energy I was looking for.  This mix doesn't overdue it like some other brands.   Love the fact it is made with all natural ingredients.  My husband and I are in the gym at least 5 days a week.  This pre workout is good for anyone. 

My body is very sensitive to stimulants, so I cut the dose in half. The flavor is really good - I just mixed it with my Powerade Zero Mixed Berry and I'd drink a 20oz before heading for my workout. Warning: do not take this stuff within 8 hours of bedtime - you will definitely be awake well into the night. If you're sensitive you'll wanna cut down the dose. But this powder does a really good job of getting your systems up and running prior to a workout.

This definitely helps increase your energy! I don't mind the stevia after taste but I felt like it was a little strong. I love that it has Vitamin C & B12 because i don't have to take those separately. The taste of this flavor is actually good - I've tasted some in the past that were really bad. 175 mg of caffeine, so make sure to watch your caffeine intake if you are a coffee drinker.

I love that this pre-workout supplement is "clean". It is an all-natural formula that doesn't have any artificial flavors, sweeteners, or dyes, unlike so many other pre-workout supplements I've seen. This supplement has many great benefits. It helps give energy before I workout, so I can get the most out of my workouts. It's also great when I just want an energy boost. The powder mixes well when I'm using a shaker bottle. It mixes it very smoothly. After shaking I did have to wait a few minutes for the bubbles to calm down before I could drink it. I like that I can put this in any beverage instead of just water. I have only tried this in milk so far. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of the flavor. It is way too strong. I wasn't able to finish it with the recommended amount of powder to beverage, so I added a lot more milk. That made the flavor better, it almost tasted like strawberry milk. Even with more milk, it was still hard for me to finish it because of how strong the flavor is. Next time I will only add half of the scoop that is provided while adding extra milk again in hopes that that dilutes the strong flavor.

I mixed this just like stated and or like my usual BPN products. It works just like any pre workout, but the after taste was not to my liking. It has a funny medicine like aftertaste that just doesn't do it for me. I might just be more sensitive to taste though so it could be that. But a heads up if your picky with your tastebuds. If you don't mind the aftertaste and just want a pre workout mix this is fine and it does taste well while drinking. And it does what it is meant to do.

The powder smells good. When mixed with water it starts clumping a bit. Even in a shaker bottle. The taste it's self is actually decent and doesn't make you want to dump out the rest of the drink. There is a noticeable increase in energy but not enough to make you want to run a marathon.

So I've tried quite a few preworkout and this one is my least favorite..there's not much flavor to this and the flavor it does have is a tart taste..it is hard to drink I couldn't even finish my cup..if you usually down your preworkout than you may be okay with this..I blended a scoop of this with 8 oz of cold water on low setting and it did foam a bit but it didn't bother me.

This would probably be okay as an addition to an existing beverage. The taste is not palatable when mixed with water alone. I am not a fan of substitute for sugar and I find it almost has that type of lingering sweetener taste. The strawberry kiwi taste is on point, similar to a capri sun beverage, however, there is an overpowering chemical taste to the drink. It is also extremely frothy after mixing. I was not able to determine if it was bubbles or solids that also gave it a grainy texture.
