This was a fantastic purchase! We purchased this because my husband was having terrible back pain every morning. After using this nightly, he has felt so much better in the morning. We love the auto-shut off feature and the multiple levels of heat! Plus, it feels amazing and is easy to clean! You won't regret buying this!

Prior to purchasing this heating pad, my old heating pad chord was unfortunately chewed up by my pup. I purchased several other heating pads after, but they didn't work as well. They didn't heat up very well and felt uncomfortable, especially during my cycle. After almost giving up I saw this one at the store and decided to try it out, and I must say it's even better than my original heating pad. The fabric is soft and the heat setting is on point ranging from warm to hot (1-6) what more could I ask for.

I recently purchased the pure enrichment heating pad and I am very pleased with the overall product and functionality. It's very easy to use and the remote control has many options and level to choose the right amount of heat. I have used it more for my back and knee and have definitely felt some relief after using the heating pad.

This product has definitely helped to improve my sciatica. Heating pad delivers a great amount of heat that you are able to feel through clothing and target the intended spot.

It gets SO warm and I LOVE IT! It's big enough to cover my whole stomach and wrap to my lower back for cramps! The company is fantastic for customer support as well. Never buy from another company for a heating pad that my whole family loves to use!

As a mother with 2 small children, I am constantly lifting & bending. This is perfect to relieve aches & pains! I love the adjustable heat & cold therapy features! I highly recommend this product!

I have had 3 of these heating pads so far and I absolutely love how big it is and how it heats. But on ALL 3 the cords come already twisted. After just one use the cord twist all together into one big ball. It's very annoying to have to untangle it every use. If the cord was normal this would be a 5star product for sure. And when you try to untwist it and untangle it, it messes up the cord and then you get a flash "F" error. Hence why I'm on my 3rd

This heating pad literally sucks it barely even gets hot absolutely couldn't tell a difference do not buy it. Like I can't express how much it sucks.Better off buying an ice pack for how cold it is.

I continue to run in to “F” flash light. it's in a socket by itself and does same thing eith rooms with no draw. all sockets work for other items. I tried to disconnect and it stsrted to work for5-10 minutes then flashed F again. This isbthird unit in teo different homes one of which was 2 yrs old. ir seems to be the control. if i borrow one from my brother in law it works. His has had trouble but not used as often. i use 4 hours per night and hardly ever during day

Takes a good 15 minutes to heat up and turns off after 10 minutes.
