Great product I use it almost every day and so doe my spouse.
I used it once and I love it so far!!! The machine does a great job. But, I have a one suggestion of this product. The hanger stand is too short. I wish they made the hanger stand longer.
Has a big tank so thats a plus but it needs to have more pressure behind the steam.
Sometimes the steam will not remove the wrinkles. It's just annoying and a fail.
Purchased to steam my daughter's wedding dress.. little to no steam comes out and it dripped on her dress! Reservoir also leaks. Very disappointed.

This is the second time I have problems with this same product. It was great while working, but after 5 or 6 months of use, it stopped working. I tried cleaning the parts, removing build up, but still doesn't steam.
Used this steamer maybe 3x and it stopped working. Disappointed that it didn't last, I should have read these reviews before purchasing it. I tried using it today and it won't steam.
