Honestly so far this is my favorite immune support supplement. I could tout how it's an amazing superfood, how it gives me so much energy or that I can feel my longevity growing,or that the ingredients in it make it an amazing detox, or how the blend of mushrooms is amazing and incredibly beneficial all in thier own, but honestly I'm not going to I think it just best to leave it with this statement. "I feel better when I'm on it" There's nothing more that i need to say about it.

So many awesome ingredients in here. I take it whenever I think I need an immune boost or feel myself coming down with something. Can't be certain if it works, but I think it does a bit. At the very least my body has the tools it needs to fight off sicknesses. Pills are small and fairly easy to swallow. No taste when you take them.
