Best Product Ever!
This is the best product! I take one a day and it works great! The instructions say to take 4 a day! They are great vitamins and they have helped me tremendously! You will not be sorry for choosing this product!

Best menopause multiple yet
Long after I had gone through menopause, I was still having night hot flashes. I found Pure Essence Pro Fema at Swanson's on line and thought I would give it a try. It is fantastic! I have even sent a couple of bottles to my daughter who is in peri-menopause.
