Disappointed
The pump for the bottle arrived broken. I emailed the shop hoping to get a replacement. Once they responded asking for a picture, I replied saying there's nothing to take a picture of because it's an issue with the pump not the bottle itself. Never heard anything back. A refund or replacement shouldn't be that difficult.
