working so far!
been taking for a few months along with DHEA of the same brand. noticed better sleep but obviously hard to tell which is working or if they're working together. small pills, no weird taste. will continue to buy

Works great!
Capsules are easy to swallow and the price can't be beat. They are great quality and work just as well as the more expensive brands that I have tried. I wish more people know about the benefits of DIM supplements, especially men with prostate problems and women after menopause.
