Easy, simple, and works well.
I just tested this 1mg tablet last night. And it seemed no different than my normal chewable kind. I began to get drowsy and drifted off to sleep. As far as I can tell, it was perfect. Normal sleep and normal dreams for the win. ____ So if you are looking for a nice amount with an excellent price, give these and try and happy shopping. :-)
