This really works!!!! Recommend for anyone with stomach issues. I used it for inflammation and constipation. Coats the stomach lining and is very healing. Great legit product from CNPUSA!!

One of the better psyllium husk powders. It does thicken quickly but does not clump like some others I've tried. It's organic and that is important

This has sugar i it and is a very weird looking powder which is dark brown which is not the natural color of psyllium.
