I ordered this product for my husband. He was shot twice in the line of duty in 2023. One bullet went up the front of his right leg and the second straight through his right big toe. Of course those injuries have caused multiple issues for him in lieu of back/hip/hamstring and nerve pain as well. His chiropractor wanted him to stretch more and recommended this. It's so convenient that he can use it when he's feeling sore and I'm not home to help him stretch. I really like the design of this stretching band. I had one of these previously so I was excited to find one for my son. The length is perfect for him, and has plenty of room to fit much taller people…he's almost 6 feet tall and still growing. The material is strong and the straps provide lots of different places to grip so you can do a lot of different types of stretches with it. In fact it contains a QR code with videos showing many stretches to perform using the strap. Definitely recommend buying one to keep around for helping with workouts, warm ups and cool downs.

Having only used pilates bands that actually STRETCH, I was confused about this (non-stretching) strap. I scanned the code on product box, and uploaded the helpful videos to my iPad to determine how to use it. Now that I've figured it out, I did some miscellaneous stretches for my legs and hips. I could feel in my hips/legs afterwards that the muscles got a good workout. It's very simple to use anywhere, and easy to clean. Also, I appreciate being able to do stretches lying on a bed (useful for us seniors who have difficulty getting down on a floor mat). I have osteoporosis and weak legs; this PT stretching strap will definitely come in handy.

This pt band feels like it's made of quality material. It has no stretch to it. I tried it out today before taking my pups for a walk. It did help. I have chronic achilies tendinitis. After walking, I was hurting again, so I used this when I got home too. My husband tried it out for his hamstring and he likes it as well. I failed PT, only went twice. The band they gave me was stretchy. I think this works better.

I was told by my therapist to stretch out my muscles more . I'm happy that has straps for gripping and material is nice . I like how it is designed with the loops to use in many ways

Stretching Strap is made of very slick material. Would have preferred something soft and more like a yoga strap. This strap is unnecessary if you already own a yoga strap or similar or if you are already fairly flexible. I'd recommend it for someone who needs more assistance with basic stretches. The loops make it easier and more fool proof for those less comfortable and familiar with stretches. Negative - I would have appreciated a small quick reference information booklet showing how to use the strap for the most common stretches. This strap only comes with a QR code and links to online videos.

it states on description that its stretching. does not stretch at all. in fact its hard to figure out especially with ni instructions . good thing it was a free item! i would take it back to store.
