Electric eyebrow remover
I believe that the product would get a better rating for me, but I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands so it's a little bit difficult to use. Also, the cutting mechanism is not as precise as I would like, but it does the job I had to go over my eyebrows several times to get it precise.

Swear this is not an eyebrow hair remover. Its exactly like a crappy nose hair razor. i wouldn't even attempt it for that. Its cheap and just pulls random hairs out. Hard to use and it gets very hot fast. A waste of money.
