They have helped me get into a nice sleepy state at night with ZERO tiredness in the mornings!! I feel so rested and refreshed in the mornings and this is a game changer. The sluggish mornings were always awful especially after not sleeping well. This does EXACTLY what it claims and I will be stocking up on this for the future!

I like that this product is natural and I felt absolutely zero grogginess the next day. Make sure you give yourself at least 7 hours though! I slept through my alarm.

I used to use regular melatonin that didn't work quite as well for me. Pure Zzz combines melatonin with natural ingredients that make me fall asleep quickly and get up being recharged instead of drowsy. I absolutely love these pills.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vicks ZzzQuil Pure Zzzs is not the first sleep aid I've tried but it is one of the better. It uses more natural remedies such as Melatonin and has extended release which is great for me because my problem is not falling asleep but staying asleep.

The first time I took it I had also taken an allergy pill later in the day so I thought that might have effected the effectiveness of it, however when I tried taking it a second night I had the same experience. Both times I was unable to fall asleep until after 4am after taking this.
