Some places like Amazon are vacuum sealing these pillows rolled up in a much smaller box. Those just aren't the same firmness as the ones that come in a full-size pillow-shaped box like they do when ordering from Walmart. The ones from Walmart have much better support.

This is my favorite pillow with ear holes, but the cover should last as long as the pillow since I can't buy other pillow cases for it.

Received my wrinkle protected, PureComfort \u2013 Side Sleeper Pillow (which comes with a 5-year warrantee) -- advertising Ear & Pain Relief with CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure ) design for evaluation a few days ago. It's made CertiPUR Memory Foam with a Propriety Soft bamboo cover (made from viscose bamboo, a type of Rayon). It comes with two pads for adjusting the height, something I don't need, as I have an electric bed. I will say, however that with the bed in the fully raised position, the two pads against the pillow make a wonderful backrest when sitting up The pillow -- made with two pockets on one side – slips easily into any standard pillow case. The pockets are what reduce the pain and discomfort of sleeping with an ear pressed against the pillow when side-sleeping. This is especially true for others like me, on oxygen at night or full time. The oxygen is administered through plastic tubes which run behind the ears, over the face to the nose. When side sleeping, the tube is pressed between he head and the back of the ear making sleep a painful experience. The ear cut outs on this pillow reduces that pressure to the point where it's not even noticeable. A small factor of the deign that makes a really big difference. This is a very comfortable, versatile, machine washable pillow manufactured be a maker with a lot of confidence in user satisfaction (“return it within 100 days for a refund, no questions asked” -- 5 year warranty). After just a few days use, I can see a very good basis for such confidence. I highly recommend this pillow for side sleepers, especially those taking oxygen, with apnea or other breathing apparatus, or even those who wear bling to bed.

This pillow is unusual and didn't look like any pillow I had seen before. They don't give a lot of instruction in the box except to watch a video. I watched the video so I could better understand how to use this pillow. There are 2 holes for your ears to go in depending on which side you sleep and so that your ear doesn't get crushed while you sleep on your side. I found this pillow to be super comfortable. I prefer a thinner softer pillow so I didn't use the included 2 additional pads that can be used if you want your pillow to be higher off your mattress. I found it very soft and comfortable and while I know it's a little on the pricey side, a better nights sleep is priceless.

Yes it took a couple nights to get use to lying on this pillow but I believe that is because I have been sleeping on a pillow for far to long where I had to push, shove and bunch up the pillow to get the right height and curve so that I could fall asleep Only to have to keep redoing the adjustments threw out the night. With this pillow that is not required. I really like the fact that it comes with 2 little riser that can be inserted if needed giving you the added height required to cradle your head at the perfect height that it holds your neck straighter then a regular pillow causing you to get a better night sleep, waking with out a stiff neck or shoulder pain in the morning. The ear cut out Helps relieve pressure from pierced ears. Plus reduces the pressure on the face at the same time. And with the two cut outs for your ears, you do not have to flip the pillow over just because you rolled over from your left to your right side. The Bamboo cover is very soft making it very soothing to your face. Plus it is MACHINE WASHABLE I am very please with this pillow

As the fast paced modern lifestyles reshape people's routine, having a good sleep is very important. It has very good impact to the daily productivity, especially to people in the San Francisco bay area. We cannot afford a bad sleep. I have to stare at working computer every day at work, now here comes the back pain and neck tension. It bothers me a lot. Until I found this pillow, it is really good purchase and I can feel the difference. This is the first pillow designed for side sleepers, and it has the ear cut to eliminate ear pain during the sleep. I also like the memory foam material, it is soft but with resistance, so it dramatically reduces my neck pressure. Overall it supports my side face perfectly. I like the material a lot. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This's side sleeping pillow is like no other pillow I've ever seen or used. It comes with 2 extra slim cushions to make it adjustable. It is memory foam and you stay cool while you sleep. Unlike other memory foam pillows you get, you don't have to let this one air out. It has no bad odor. (Mine didn't when I opened it) It has ear cutouts for less pressure on your ears and if you sleep with earrings in at night, no more jabbing or sore and uncomfortable ears. I was very scepticle when I saw it. I didn't know what to think about it but when I first saw it, but to my surprise, it is very comfortable. I use one of the extra cushions and I don't wake up with a sore neck or back. It keeps my body aligned for a good night sleep. So if you're a side sleeper I think you will like this pillow.
