I used their online tool to select a new cabin air filter. I put in all my vehicle info and it told me I needed filter number xxxxxx so I bought filter xxxxxx. When I got it, it was the wrong filter for my vehicle.
I sent an email to them via their online system on Mar 15th and it took 2 days for them to reply back. They asked me for my vehicle info so they could get the correct filter out to me. I replied back to them that same day (17th) with my vehicle info.
I waited 5 days with no sort of reply. I again contacted them on the 22nd and asked them for a status. The email me the next day with a return label and said to send the filter back and they would refund me.
My rating is based on the fact that,
1. Their system incorrectly gave me the wrong info and,
2. When emailed about it, it seemed as if I had to be the one pushing for a solution.
If they would have immediately took care of the problem, they would have got a 5 star review. Instead, I had to keep emailing them to get answers and solutions. Not very good customer service after the sale.
