I do eat eggs but am curious about a plant based diet, and these really fulfill the egg craving. So easy to make and really taste great, There is a crepe recipe at the back of the package that sounds awesome and I will definitely be trying it. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pureganic Eggless Ready Mix is a tasty egg substitute made of organic chickpea flour and organic tapioca flour. It also has unnamed "spices" in the ingredients - it would be nice if they told us what those are. It is fairly easy to prepare and tastes surprisingly close to eggs, although slightly too sweet, possibly from the tapioca. It is also a bit gummy and chewy compared to eggs, but mixed with other ingredients tastes quite good.

Maybe with the right seasoning this product would be better. I will try a few new recipes but definitely not my favorite product.
