Wonderful memory foam pillows that hold their shape.I love the cooling technology. Just the right firmness for a good night's sleep or propping up to watch tv. I also like to use the pillow to prop my feet while sitting in my recliner. Gives the perfect elevation.

Plump but not too plump, firm yet soft. Keeps cool. And a very nice removable, washable cover. Consumer Reports called this the best pillow for side or back sleepers and we agree. It did require 48 hours of airing out right out of the package to eliminate a slight foam smell.

If you want a pillow to lean on or prop you up, this pillow is great. I wanted support for my neck but soft enough to snuggle into. The pillow was too firm. The cooling feature was great. If I could just find a cooling pillow that isn't as firm but still has good neck support, it would be perfect.

I was disappointed when I ordered the second set of pillows after receiving the first set as they did not look like the first set and initially there was a limit of just ordering one set.

STEER CLEAR IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO ODORS! The pillows smell terrible! I have used can after can of febreze, lysol and febreze with gain... and tried airing them in sunshine but they still stink so badly I cannot use them. i removed and laundered the covers, and they seem to be fine... so it must be the foam pillows that cannot be laundered per their instructions. Already taken out of packaging... so cannot return. I could not breathe when I tried to use them. I did not.last a night with them. Gave me a headache as well. Not a fan.
