While once put together the queen couch sleeper looks nice, we thought it would be comfortable and much better quality. It's not comfortable at all to sit on, rock hard, and as a bed even more uncomfortable. When you sit on the couch for more than 5 minutes, very hard and uncomfortable and you'll see a major indentation that takes hours before it lifts back to normal. Not like it would be easy to take it apart and return it. Not sure what to do now! Don't like it.

I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. The product I received does not match the photos on Walmart’s website at all. It took me about 3 hours to assemble, and the quality is extremely poor. Several parts were defective, including stripped screws, peeling paint, damaged mattress foam, and even missing pieces. On top of that, two of the main side pieces were bent, making proper assembly impossible. I contacted the seller and sent photos and videos of all the issues, but I have not received any response after several days. Overall, this has been a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this seller

If it was possible to give zero stars I would have. Two pieces arrived damaged and defective. One of the legs that was damaged actually holds the matress in place while sleeping. Since we can't use it the pads to the matress slip right off of the end. Also, the cushion on one side on one of the three pads is completely missing. I tried multiple attempts to contact the seller and get this returned. Their response, "the matress has been packed up tight for awhile, give it time to fluff back out. You can help this process by moving it to a warmer location in the house or blowdrying it." There is no cushion to "fluff back out" it is completely missing. When I ordered this I did not realize it was a private seller. I assumed I was buying from Walmart. I hope Walmart takes this company off of their website and they stop doing business with them. I have never been so dissappointed in a purchase. My son's birthday surprise and room do over was completely ruined. No one from Puremind is willing to talk to me, which is why I have no resorted to this. I don't want anyone else to get ripped off like I did. This bed was not worth two cents, let alone the $350 it came to with shipping.

Do not waste your money. It is uncomfortable and the third party seller is impossible with returns.
