I like the small size. Frequently the spray nozzle breaks on the large cans and makes it unusable leaving me with a lot of hairspray I couldn't use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a longtime user and fan of the Colour Stylist Supreme Control hairspray, I was heartbroken to learn that it has been discontinued. In my opinion, this product was liquid gold -- honestly the BEST hairspray that I have ever used. It was the only hairspray that held my fine hair in place all day, even through heat and humidity without feeling dry or stiff. As suggested, I have tried the Style & Protect Lock It Down hairspray, but for some reason it doesn't seem to hold as well -- my hair goes limp within a couple hours. I really hope you will consider bringing back the best hairspray in your product line, Colour Stylist Supreme Control hairspray!! On behalf of fine haired people everywhere, Thank You! :)
What happened? product dispenses in a stream and when dries leaves white residue. Went to get a new can tested it before i left the store and same thing. Even your trial size doesn't dispense properly. Love this product but until this gets fixed will not be buying it.
I've been using this hairspray for years. This product is lightweight & it doesn't take much to tame my long heavy hair. The odor isn't the greatest (strong alcohol hairspray smell), but it is especially perfect for humid climates & the pros far outweigh the cons (the smell). I do not like lathering products in my hair to maintain control only for it to weight it down more. Smell, feel & control are what matters most to me. I am very disappointed that this product has been discontinued. I have no desire to put anything w/ olive oil in my already heavy, moisture balanced hair & the alternative medium control hairsprays are incomparable & extremely lacking. I'm not happy that I have to test other products for a replacement. I don't even know where to start...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this hair spray for years, however only on my long bang area to keep them in place and back off my face. The hold is strong but never sticky and brushes perfectly out leaving no residue.
Awesome smelling finishing spray. FIRM hold. A lot of hairsprays give me headaches from the smell. No problem here. Better make sure you're finished styling before you spray. I have short, fine, med thickness hair. I currently have a very textured style. I spray this on lightly and my hair holds all day. Sometimes I wake up and my hair literally looks the same as when I went to bed.
I am so disappointed that I can no longer find Incharge Plus hairspray. It held my fine hair better than ANY hairspray even in humidity without dulling or changing my color. Please consider bringing it back. Nothing else in your line (or anyone else's compares).
I have tried your new "Supreme" hairspray and found it gummy and it builds up quickly. I miss your Incharge hairspray. It was perfect for my hair. I didn't have to use much and it kept my hair soft and held my style better than anything I've ever used. I have very fine, fly-away hair and Incharge was so great. I really, really miss this hair spray. Please bring it back.
The last 4+ canisters, once half of the can is remaining the product does not perform well. The product does not hold my hair the way it did when first used (the first 1/3 to1/2 of the can. Also I have been having a lot of problems with the actual spray feature. It just spews, gets clogged. I have tried turning the can upside down and that doesn't work. So much work, very frustrating. I love Pureology but this product needs improving. Anyone else having these problems? I can no longer afford to keep trying for a functioning hair spray product that once was amazing.
I can't believe Pureology would take that fabulous In Charge Plus hair spray off the market and replace it with this awful smelly product. Why?
