Pureology Hydrate Shampoo 9 oz, Hydrate Conditioner 9 oz Set

So, I must have sent my review to another vendor. Although it seems that the product from this vendor seemed a little watered down, it is definitely a good product. Still worked great and I have a new favorite shampoo and conditioner. The reason I gave it two stars is because of the purchasing process. First, I bought this item on a Friday night. The Walmart and vendor, Life and Health Source, stated that my card wouldn't be charged until the item ships. Mine was charged immediately. After I placed the order, it went directly into a "processing" status. This is where my frustration lies. I couldn't cancel the product because it sat in a "processing" status for 48 hours before shipping or anything. I read the fine print of the return policy and was concerned. Since they kept my order in an unchangeable status for 48 hours, I couldn't cancel. So I tried the next best thing, I emailed customer service (recommended on the order). I sent them an email on Sunday, Feb 25. Today is March 2, five full business days after sending the email, I am still waiting for a response. Which is pointless now that I have the product in hand. I am really frustrated with this seller. Good thing the watered down product is still super effective. Love the product, unhappy with the seller.
