Cleans doesn't damage
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans my hair without stripping in. I have no fall out when I use this product. It's PRICEY but it lasts forever so the price balances out.

poor consistency
this product runs through my fingers like water. I have used before and it was the consistency of shampoo so I know something was done to this to change it. Im not saying its not the real stuff but I think some was removed and water was added.
