[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Smooth - Shampoo & Conditioner is not what I had expected. For the price I anticipated it to be more helpful to my hair. I took the test on the site and my hairstylist had told me that based on my hair type I should use the hydration product… but trusting that phrenology knows what they're doing I used the smooth product and it has completely dried my hair out and made the coloration of my hair very brassy instead of blonde.
