I suffer from sleep apnea. I tried a cpap and could not deal with it. A friend sent me my first pure sleep. I dislike using it BUT I no longer snore and my blood pressure is now normal (with my blood pressure medication). Before using pure sleep, even with my blood pressure medication I continued to have high blood pressure. I need to lose 50 pounds. I have needed to do so for years. I am hoping that if I ever lose the weight my sleep apnea problem will stop. I am thankful for pure sleep but it is not comfortable to wear and it messes with your bite and teeth. All of this type of product probably does. It is the nature of the beast. There is an exercise you can do in the morning to try and reset your jaw. It helps a little. Found it online. I choose discomfort and a little realignment of teeth over heart attack or stroke. I did try one other brand that had a smaller profile, but it didn't stop the snoring therefore probably not helping blood pressure and sleep apnea either. The price is fair. I will continue to use this product as long as I don't have the willpower to rid myself of this extra weight.

I this is my second one. first one lasted over 2 years. my wife loves that I don't snore as much anymore and it has helped my sleep. I would recommend for anyone who gets punched to stop snoring

Unfortunately this product was not as great as advertised. I followed the step by step instructions, but overall it would not stay in place and was very bulky and uncomfortable.
