Puri Tech Pool Powder 10 lbs Stabilizer Conditioner for Swimming Pools and Spas

This is my second season using this product. It is 100% Cyanuric Acid, and is the same active ingredient in other stabilizers. After adding it to my pool and testing the water, the Cyanuric Acid level increased. The product isn't actually powder, it is granular and easy to handle. To add it to my inground pool, I put the acid in an old sock or pillow case and tie it to a fence post or shovel handle and dangle it in front of the return port. Optionally, I have also put the tied up pillowcase in the skimmer basket until it dissolves. Either method works fine. It is helpful to squeeze the pillowcase and contents after it has been in the water for a while to help it dissolve quicker.

This is my second bag of stabilizer from Puri Tech, it works well to keep my salt pool stabilized. I just add it to the skimmer when needed. Good shipping.

I didnt get a chance to use this product, so I have to return it. Walmart has changed its policy on returns. Before, you were able to take the product into any walmart store and they would handle the return and post a credit to your credit card. It was very simple. Now you have to contact the seller yourself and explain why you are returning it and wait 48 hours. Maybe it is due to the seller being not within the walmart ring of retailers, but be aware of buying products when you might have to return them. Walmart has made it difficult now.

I never received the item I ordered. Instead, a completely different item was sent to me. I was unable to directly communicate with the seller. Sellers e-mails weren't reaching me. Had to communicate through WalMart. The ordered item was time-sensitive for me. Very dissatisfied.

I purchased this product to increase the cyanuric acid in our inground pool. It did not work. It must be defective. Sent seller a message about it.
