Purina Dog Chow Wet Dog Food, High Protein Soft Real Beef in Gravy, 13 oz Can

Dog food has gotten more expensive than it used to be. This brand seems to be the most affordable for my budget but I also feel good about the quality of it. Our German Shepherd loves it and is a healthy weight. I feel she's getting the necessary nutrients, vitamins and protein needed for growth.

My dog is an American XL Bully and she loves this food. She gets a combination of mostly dried food with half a can of this mixed in thoroughly. It has a pleasant smell and helps her eat all her food without complaint or sass. The other dogs in the house keep trying to get a taste lol. Since she's a bully, I've been told she's supposed to have a high protein diet but most options out there are so incredibly expensive. But this is affordable providing 40g of protein. The beef is soft chunks instead of the sometimes dry patte or ground meat options. And the amount of gravy is just enough to keep the meat moist and flavorful. You aren't getting "soup."

i tried this dog good because it didnt cost as much as the Purina beef and bison that i usually buy. My dog gobbled it up! I still will get the beef and bison but will continue to add this one also and it is made by Purina.

this looks a lot more appealing and it smells very good not like canned dog food used to smell. I was a little hesitant about purchasing it because of past experiences. but my dog has a sore mouth right now and it's hard for him to eat hard kibble and he's turning down homemade food right now. what I do is I take mixed vegetable the one with peas carrots corn green beans and I put it through the food processor and mix some in with his canned food and he just eats it up 😃

our dog is a young Labrador retriever. We give her 1 can a week for a treat. we call it wet food Sundays. I stick with Purina for the dry food

so i purchased this because i was trying to avoid giving my dog chicken as much as possible. however, i should have checked the ingredient list before purchasing. first is water, then chicken, wheat gluten, meat 'by-products' the label says made with real beef but they fail to tell you its more chicken then beef. my dog likes it well enough and it has a lot of protein. i use half a can mixed with dry food as an occassional treat. the label also says feed 1 can per day for every 12-15lbs of your dogs weight. so 10cans for a 120lb dog? sounds insane

The Purina dog chow looks like cuts of beef in a sauce. My Corgi devoured his food within minutes. My Dachshund was not impressed with his food. He sniffed the food and walked away. I purchased these cans of dog food for part of my hurricane preparations for this coming season.

Our dog is very picky about his food. He shows no.internet in eating this food. Perhaps other dogs will find this food tasty. I cannot recommend this food since my picky dog does not like it.

Description clearly says 13oz cans 12 pack, I ordered 2 expecting 2x12 packs, instead Walmart only sent me 2 cans, and when I contacted customer support I was treated like an ***** for assuming that. Buyer beware of Walmart descriptions and customer service who treats you like an ***** for believing their description.

Walmart sold me dog food that expired in 2023. Even had rhe nerve to give me a cash back offer. It got my dog SICK and we coulsnt figure out why until my daughter cleaned out the cabinet and realized the can was EXTREMELY outdate.
