Purina Moist & Meaty Dry Dog Food, High Protein Steak Flavor with Real Beef, 12 Count

I have twin miniture chihuahua sisters. They are 4 years old. I have tried every small breed dog food out there. Moist and Meaty is the only one they like. They do not, however like the egg flavored pieces in the bacon and egg flavor......lol

My dog's getting old so she's decided to be picky , luckily she is happy with this. The other varieties of this she likes too. It's easy on her stomach which is I'll likely continue to purchase. Also, nothing to do with the dog but the cats demand a piece like it's treat so they get a couple cubes a day. No issues whatsoever.

I have tried just about every expensive kibble on the market, but Purina Moist %26 Meaty Steak Flavor is the only one my dog actually gets excited about. He's getting a little older, and I think the softer, meaty texture is just way easier for him to chew than hard rocks. The individual pouches are super convenient—it stays fresh, and I don't have to lug around a giant heavy bag or deal with the mess of canned food. Sometimes I even use a pouch as a "topper" to get him to eat his other food, and it works like a charm every time. It's also great for taking on the go since it's already portioned out. If you have a picky eater or a dog with a sensitive mouth, I highly recommend giving this a shot!

My Shepadore loves these along with the Burger with cheddar cheese flavor mixed together. I stopped getting from scamazon due to pouches being mushy and moldy in the box.

slight mistake i ordered just the beef. got beef and cheese. its ok they will eat the beef and cheese but like the plain beef's better both are almost the same

My dogs love it but I only feed in moderation because the vet said that the fat content can be harmful over time if given as a full meal. I mix with dry kibble and only use a few times a week as a topper for other food. The dogs go crazy for the smell of the steak flavor but like the burger and cheese option too. The pouches make it easy to serve and I just split the bag up between the two dogs.

Smells atrocious. Not a pet food I would rely on as a the main nutritional food for any dog. I occasionally buy these as pocket treats or rewards as my Great Pyrenees demands some variety. She will not except Moist and Meaty as a staple.

there is absolutely nothing wrong with the dog food. My problem has been I order steak flavor. I've had it several times. first thing I noticed is the color of the dog food didn't look right. I opened the bag and immediately got a cheddar smell. this is actually been my sixth one most were from Amazon but I'm assuming they're all from the same warehouse it has to be a bad load. If nobody else has said anything it's because they don't realize it's not the right food. I went round and round with Amazon and they still couldn't get it right. they just kept replacing it with the same exact thing. nobody would open the box and check? They didn't believe me. you can't tell anything from a picture they wanted me to send a picture. they thought I was trying to pull some kind of scam because they sent me in the same exact thing five times six times maybe. I did show it to an Amazon delivery guy and he smelled it and agreed with me but he couldn't do anything.
