A TOTAL UNRESOLVED NIGHTMARE
OUTRAGEOUS, and UNRESOLVED CUSTOMER SERVICE I've spent hours on the phone with Customer Service, over and over again, and again, with NO RESULTS. Each time I order this dog food, I experience the SAME NIGHTMARE. I order, and pay for 4 CASES and get 4 CANS. Then I get a refund. Then I order again, and again, and again. EACH TIME I GET ONE CAN AND PAY FOR 12. Then I get a refund. Then it happens again and again. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM, they just give me a refund. I even tried ordering ONE CASE hoping that that would work. I received ONE CAN. I'm still trying because this is my baby's favorite food and she has health issues. I've not been able to find it anywhere else. It is sold by Walmart only by the case. I've been at this for two months now. This sounds like a crazy joke and will never be revealed in Walmart's review section. <THANKS A LOT CUSTOMER SERVICE>

INCORRECT QUANTITY RECEIVED 4 OUT OF 6 TIMES
There is absolutely nothing wrong with the Purina Pro Plan dog food! MY ISSUE IS WITH WALMART! The description of the dog food states, "Purina Pro Plan Complete Essentials Wet Dog Food, High Protein Turkey %26 Rice, 13 oz Cans (12 Pack)", meaning there should be 12 cans of dog food. Practically EVERY time I place the order, Walmart ships only 1 single can instead of shipping the complete 12 pack. There is no option to order a single can. The person(s) in the warehouse who processed my order is a moron and doesn't read!!! I have ordered this item 6 times and 4 times I received only a single can. WALMART NEEDS TO DO BETTER!!!!

incorrect order
i dislike the idea of buying one 12pack of this item only to receive a single can....what's up with orders department? Pay attention please, i sm not looking to return or replace anthing. i just want the rest of my order.
