this product is quality. 3 of us in the home use it. We've tried others. Some cost more. But these are the best. I always order 2 or 3 bottles at a time cause I have severe anxiety and it helps.

I have been taking these in a lower dosage and decided to try this brand. They work great I have been having a horrible time sleeping and staying asleep with these pills I take one of these at bedtime and sleep all night if I get up to go to the restroom in the middle of the night I can go right back to sleep no problems. I have been using a more expensive brand and decided to try these. I took two just like I do with the other brand and within 15 minutes I felt these. Never, has that happened. Definitely works!

My daughter suggested I try this and I must admit I was surprised to find it actually does help me get through my day with a lighter step. It's easy to swallow - just wish it came is larger sizes as I don't like having to reorder so ofter -(My husband uses it also).
