Quality and price can not be beat.
I decided to make my own version of longevity supplement using Alpha lipoic acid and Niacinamide along with green tea and I do notice more energy and plan to get bloodwork rechecked to determine my cellular age. I trust Puritan products and Integrative physician referred me to this company for Fish Oil 20+ years ago.

Best one so far!
I really like the amount in each capsule. I need to take 2 a day and this fits the bill. Plus the fact that these capsules are easy to swallow, they don't ever seem to stick.

Started taking this supplement of ALA 600mg as suggested by my doctor. Is still too soon for me to know if the product is doing its job. Will continue taking to take it for a while longer to give it a chance.
