Buyer Beware!!! I took these capsules and experienced a full body rash that started on my back, went to my buttocks, and spread to the top of my thighs! The rash started two days after taking the pills, and it stopped appearing and started to fade immediately after I stopped using the pills. I didn't see an impact on my glucose numbers because I had to stop taking the pills soon after receiving the shipment.
